Generations and Incarnations

How many ancestors do you have if you go back seven generations?

How many incarnations have you had before you were born into this life? Are you an old soul, or a young one?

Allow yourself the space to explore this. What is the influence of the generations before me and of the incarnations before me?

If you are already familiar with this matter, having done regression therapy, for example, or a family constellation, work this into your story. If not, here are some tools to start your own research. Do not hesitate to do a family constellation. Ask people around you for an address where someone has had good experiences.

Every person has their own story that wants to be lived.

The (family) System

The “omniscient field” is like a powerful and universal field of energy and information that encompasses everything and everyone. (morphogenetic field or field of consciousness).

Rupert Sheldrake – morphic resonance, patterns and behaviors can develop in a collective consciousness this information can be transmitted to future generations and individuals. All living things, including humans, are connected to this field and carry within it information resulting from their experiences and history.

A few Questions
to get you started

Do you know the full names of your grandparents?

Do you have pictures of your parents and grandparents standing or hanging in your home?

Have you ever made a family tree of your ancestors? How many generations back?

If the answer to these questions is no, start doing something about it.

See how you can honor your ancestors and give them a place in your present life.

So what are these patterns? There is often talk within this field about the male and female line. I personally see this in a slightly more nuanced way. Suppose you are a man, then the first question is, who do you most resemble? Your father, or your mother. Suppose you resemble your mother, then I would initially focus on her father. Find out what his life and character were like and what the similarities are with your life. Suppose your grandfather was an adult during World War II, then an important question is where he stood during that time?

  • German collaborator,
  • Resistance fighter
  • Someone who went about his business and preferred to look away?

Look at what kind of person he or she was, what he or she went through in life, and how he or she dealt with this.
